Sugar, Maple, Pure
This tasty, pure maple sugar is made by drying maple syrup that has been tapped from the sweet maple tree and then grinding it into granules. Like our other sugars you can use it to replace white sugar for more flavorful results.

We think maple sugar is great for baking, barbeque sauces and for marinades. Try using to sweeten coffee or tea. Also great for sprinkling on fruit, pancakes, toast and waffles.
