Smoked over Northwest alder wood, this Pacific sea salt is a true “smoked” salt. No smoke flavoring has been added nor does this salt have any other artificial flavors or coloring. It is 100% natural. For hundreds of years alder wood has been used to smoke salmon and other meats and truly is a Northwest American tradition.
