Sea Salt, Maldon English
As there are numerous sea salts available these days, we tried to narrow the search for you a bit by carrying what we consider to be only the best. This salt has been family harvested since the late 1800’s in the town of Essex in Southeast England. The crystal is unique, as it has a peculiar pyramid shape and bright white color.

We find the taste of this salt to be clean, hearty and even a little sweet. Being a natural sea salt it contains no additives or preservatives and has high levels of natural trace elements such as magnesium and calcium. We have found Maldon sea salt to be the equal of many French sea salts and as its popularity gains, we feel you will also.
