Sugar, Sucanat, Organic

Sucanat sugar is named for what it really is, “sugar cane natural”.  Created by a heating and cooling process, this sugar is more of a granule than crystal and retains that rich molasses flavor like most unrefined sugars.

Sucanat sugar is not only organic, but has received Kosher Certification: Kosher and Pareve – Kashruth. Use Sucanat sugar as a 1 to 1 replacement for brown sugar in baking.  Its light flavor and rich sweet taste is also great in coffees and teas.

You will receive the product in plastic, sealable bags that will be labeled with the product name, uses, and ingredients if applicable. The bags meet FDA requirements for food applications. They are 100% recyclable and can be put in with all other plastics recycled at home.
