Turbinado Sugar, Organic
Raw Turbinado sugar is created by spinning the moisture out of pure sugar cane. The result is a crunchy, coarse grained sugar that is golden in appearance due to the molasses that has remained. An unrefined sugar, Turbinado sugar retains more of its nutrients than a refined sugar, and this variety is also certified organic.
