    If you're like me, you're ready for a vacation with an international flare! Wait no longer as Chef Fer Candil, owner of Paellas, Tapas, & More will be bringing Spain to our shop March 29th! Hailing from Spain herself, she enjoys teaching about her culture, food, and fun, and this is exactly what you will get when you attend this class. Not only will you learn how to make a traditional paella, you'll have the luxury of tasting two tapas, a salad, bread, some virgin sangria should you take the challenge, and a small sweet bite for the end.   • Knife Sharpening with Bill Carlile

    You're reading this right!!!  Bill is back!!  Our resident knife sharpener will be back in the shop this Saturday to make your knives dreamy again.  As we've done so in the past, you may bring your knives in a day or two beforehand and we promise to take good care of them.  Here's the breakdown in cost: $5 regular blades; $10 serrated blades; $45 Japanese Hand Sharpening.  I know I have a block full of blades!  You better get yours in so you're not last in line!!
