Asian Delight BBQ Rub
Asian Delight BBQ Rub is the winner of our first BBQ rub challenge. Thank you Kate Eng for this tasty creation...hope you are enjoying your new grill! This aromatically tempting rub contains white sugar, salt, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, crushed red pepper, star anise, fennel, cloves and white pepper.

We are delighted with this rub, not only because our customers picked it as the winner, but because it truly fills a hole in our line of BBQ seasonings. We used it on beef and vegetables skewers during the grilling portion of the BBQ rub challenge with obvious success, but it’s also great on chicken and pork. This Asian rub was designed for the grill, but don’t hesitate to give it a try in stir fries and to make dressings, marinades and sauces.

We're Down Home with the Neely's
We first met Pat and Gina Neely on Road Tasted with the Neely's when they visited our Denver shop last year. This time, we were on their turf and their own show, Down Home with The Neely's, and had fun making garam masala glazed pulled pork in cornbread empanadas. Pulled pork courtesy of the Neely's of course.

Cookin' it Up with Paula Deen!
Mike and I were so excited to film an episode of Paula Deen's Best Dishes with the queen of southern cuisine herself. Paula invited us into her home to introduce her to some new flavors. Along with her Sugar 'n Spice Pecans and Couscous Salad, we made our Marrakech Moroccan Spiced Chicken and Harissa Spiced Green Beans.
