Caribbean Style Adobo
We skillfully handcraft this traditional Caribbean spice blend from toasted onion, garlic, salt, cumin, Mexican oregano, black pepper and chiles. This Caribbean Style blend has very little heat, about a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10, but lots of zip.

Try about a 1/2 tsp. per pound on chicken breast, ribs and steaks. This is also a nice addition to guacamole and salsa. You can make a great tasting, very simple marinade by mixing 1 tbsp. adobo with a 1/2 cup of orange juice, 1/4 cup of fresh squeezed lime juice and a 1/4 cup olive oil. Try this marinade on pork chops and enjoy an evening in the Islands.
