Bleu Cheese Dip & Dressing
This tangy, aromatic cheese blend makes a great dip or dressing. Try a sprinkle on burgers, salads, and popcorn, or mix into mashed potatoes.
For dip, stir 2-3 Tbsp. into 8 oz. sour cream.
For dressing, start with mayo, buttermilk, or cottage cheese and stir in blend until you reach the desired texture.
