When creating our blends we always keep in mind the folks who need to limit their salt intake. This is another one from our ever growing line of salt-free blends that is becoming more and more popular, even to those who can have salt! Colorado Plateau Citrus Pepper is our salt-free version of Pyramid Peak Lemon Pepper. We handcraft this citrus pepper by mixing together black pepper, garlic, orange peel, lemon peel, citric acid, onion and smoked sweet paprika.

This blend is great on chicken, fish, pork or vegetables. When using on vegetables, toss with olive oil and Balsamic vinegar just before cooking. This works particularly well for grilled asparagus. Try it on a vegetable stir-fry. For fish, chicken or pork, simply sprinkle it on and let it do the work.
