A bouquet garni is traditionally a collection of fresh sprigs of herbs that are bundled together and added to the pot to gently infuse soups, stews, stocks, and broths. Because we make ours from dried herbs, we suggest using a muslin bag or cheesecloth to enclose the herbs.
