A bouquet garni is traditionally a collection of fresh sprigs of herbs that are bundled together and added to the pot to gently infuse soups, stews, stocks, and broths. Because we make ours from dried herbs, we suggest using a muslin bag or cheesecloth to enclose the herbs.
This blend of delicate herbs is perfect for quick sauces and adding a finishing touch to seafood. When you open the jar, you’ll swear you smell butter, but there is none. It’s just a perfect combination of herbs and pepper. Try in chicken soup and pasta olio and on white fish.
