We have developed this blend to bring you a fast and easy taste of Italy. First, we grind green bell peppers to coarse granules. We then carefully mix in parmesan cheese, salt, toasted sesame seeds, shallots, green pepper, parsley, cilantro and chervil.

Ingredients:
Green bell peppers, Parmesan (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt and enzymes), salt, toasted sesame seeds, shallots, green pepper, parsley, cilantro and chervil

Mix 2-3 tbsp. per cup of yogurt or sour cream for a tasty vegetable dip or dressing. Toss in pasta or sprinkle on eggs. Make a chicken, veal or eggplant parmesan that will definitely have them asking for seconds.
