Long’s Peak Pork Chop Spice

Ingredients:
Salt, garlic, onion, black pepper, shallot, ginger, hickory smoked salt, hickory smoked flavoring, regular mustard powder and crushed brown mustard seed

You can use Long's Peak as a rub or a seasoning and it's perfect for pork chops or ribs. Additionally, try it on steaks, beef ribs and chicken wings. Long's Peak gets you that great smoky flavor, even if it’s too cold outside to grill.
