Marrakech, one of our curry style blends, joins Ras el Hanout, Tan-Tan Moroccan and Harissa to give you a nice selection of Moroccan spice mixtures. The galangal and lavender hints add a nice spark to this blend.

Ingredients:
Cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg, mace, white pepper, galangal, black and green cardamom, ginger, anise, allspice, rose petals, cloves, lavender, orris root and cayenne

Moroccan style curry is referred to as Ras el Hanout and, like other curries, it can be made from many different ingredients. We handcraft this Marrakech inspired ras el hanout from cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg, mace, white pepper, galangal, black and green cardamom, ginger, anise, allspice, rose petals, cloves, lavender, orris root and cayenne. Try this blend on gamey meats, rice, poultry, couscous, tofu or meatballs. Perfect for North African vegetable or meat tagine made stews.
