When using this coarse blend we recommend making it a day in advance to soften the rather large herbs and spices. Blend 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1-2 tsp. of red wine or balsamic vinegar and 1-2 tsp. Sequoia Caynon. Remember you can always substitute low fat products if your diet demands so. Try variations like adding buttermilk and lemon juice to thin out your dressing.
