Recipe: Baked Bleu Cheese Wings with Buffalo Dipping Sauce
A tasty play on your classic wings: bleu-cheesy wings with a tangy sauce!
For wings: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat wings in 1 Tbsp. Bleu Cheese Dip & Dressing, oil, and salt and let sit in the fridge for 30 min. Lay each piece out on a baking sheet with a baking rack so they are not touching. Bake for 30 min. Remove from oven and toss all the wings in a bowl with the remaining 2 Tbsp. Bleu Cheese Dip & Dressing. Place back on the baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 10 min.
For dipping sauce: Mix seasoning, water, and oil until well combined. Sauce will thicken slightly as it sits.
Serve with celery and carrot sticks for a perfect wing plate!
