  • Cooking Class: Anthony Cruz

    A hands-on cooking class, happens to be plant-based foods, healthy and delicious meals from a highly-trained Chef. This class will feature: Vegan Lemon Bars; Chocolate Fudge Brownies; Chocolate Almond Butter Bars. Chef Cruz's classes are 2 - 2.5 hours long, intensively hands-on; wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and tied-back hair. Recipes, spice samples, and generous sampling are included! $55 per person

    If you have never made your own corned beef, you will be AMAZED at how delicious it is! Seriously - it could not be easier, and last year it made the most delectable St. Patrick's Day meal we've ever had. You will start your own corned beef (and take the brisket home to finish), learn about curing meats, and get some recipes to make your own amazing dinner on St. Patrick's Day. Class size limited – and we will be closing this class on February 26th so that Chef can prepare. Please register early by calling us at (760) 346-4372. Class fee: $65.
