Celery grows well in the areas surrounding Cambridgeshire, England, and more than half of the British outdoor crops come from there. We named this upgraded version of classic celery salt in honor of it.
This seasoning is excellent for hamburgers, steaks, and pork chops. Make this your secret ingredient in bloody marys or use to punch up plain tomato juice. Add 3 to 4 tsp. to sour cream for a zesty veggie dip.
