INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup molasses
3 Tbsp. TSM Kansas City Style Rub
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup water
8 (8 oz.) bone-in pork chops
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. In a medium pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occassionally, for 5 to 6 min. or until tender. Add garlic and tomato paste and cook 2 min. Add ketchup, cider vinegar, molasses, TSM Kansas City Style Rub, Worcestershire Sauce, and water. Stir to combine. Simmer, stirring occassionally, for 3 to 5 min. or until thickened. Remove from heat. Grill pork chops 5 to 7 min. per side, or to internal temperature of at least 145 degrees. Brush generously with sauce during last 2 min. of cooking. Transfer to plate and brush again. Serve with remaining sauce.
