Tofu stir-fry is already a quick and easy meal, but we're here to make it even easier with our Sweet Sesame Stir-Fry Veggie Shaker. Make it your own by using whatever fresh or frozen veggies you have on hand!

Ingredients

For tofu:

1 (14 oz.) block extra-firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast

1 Tbsp. soy sauce

For stir-fry sauce:

1/4 cup soy sauce


4 Tbsp. honey

3 Tbsp. peanut butter


1 Tbsp. rice vinegar

1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil

1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch

To stir-fry:

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

2 bags frozen veggies

Directions

Step 1: Marinate tofu

In a medium bowl, combine tofu, nutritional yeast, and soy sauce. Let marinate for 10 min.

Step 2: Make stir-fry sauce

In a medium bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients and set aside.

Step 3: Stir-fry

In a large wok or pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add tofu and fry until crispy on all sides. Add frozen veggies and stir fry until slightly softened, about 5 min. Add 1/2 cup of sauce and let reduce and thicken slightly, about 3 min. Serve hot with an extra sprinkle of Sweet Sesame Stir-Fry Veggie Shaker and over rice or noodles.
