A stunning floral pink mocktail blending edible rose petals, tangy grapefruit juice, and a hint of juniper berries. Topped with sparkling water for a bubbly, refreshing drink—so good, no one will miss the alcohol. 

Ingredients

For infusion:

Zest of 1 pink grapefruit

Zest of 1 lemon

1/2 cup fresh-squeezed pink grapefruit juice

1/8 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice

2, 2-inch pieces lemongrass, bruised and cut into thirds




For mocktail:

1 fl. oz. strained infusion

3 fl. oz. sparkling water

Grapefruit or lemon twists, to garnish (optional)

Directions

Step 1: Make infusion

Combine ingredients in an airtight jar, stirring to ensure all solids are completely submerged in liquid. Let chill in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. Strain through a mesh sieve when ready to serve. Strained infusion will keep for 7 days in fridge.

Step 2: Assemble mocktail

Combine infusion and sparkling water in serving glass. Add ice if desired. Garnish with grapefruit or lemon twists.
