Known mostly for its use of vinegar in its barbeque sauce, which is iconic and an amazing flavor, North Carolina also has a barbeque rub tradition. We've created a version that represents its tradition while adding a Savory twist.
This seasoning has great barbeque flavor with just a little cayenne-kick. Our version of this Carolina classic is great on pork, brisket, and chicken. Sprinkle on corn, vegetables, and potatoes. Add zip to BBQ and pizza sauces.
