French Flavors
Herbs and spices used in French cuisine include traditional French herbs like tarragon, thyme and parsley, fleur de sel salt and white pepper, along with shallots for aromatics. French spice blends that are also commonly used in cooking include classic Herbes de Provence seasoning, mushroom duxelles (try our dry version, Herbs Duxelles), and a roasted French curry spice powder, Vadouvan.
