Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees and grill to medium-high. In large bowl, thoroughly mix all burger ingredients together, reserving 3 tsp. of tomato powder. Form into four 1/4 lb. patties or six slider-size patties. Place patties on grill and sprinkle each evenly with remaining tomato powder. Cook about 3 to 4 min. per side or to desired doneness, turning over once. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 min. Meanwhile, spread Caribbean Butter on inside of each bun and toast in preheated oven until golden brown, about 10 min.
