How to Use

For turkey, chicken, ham, or salmon use about 1 Tbsp. of dry glaze per pound. Season nuts before roasting. Mix with softened butter and spread onto warm bread or baked sweet potatoes.

For Roasted Turkey
Brush turkey with melted butter or oil. Generously apply Golden Maple Dry Glaze outside the skin, underneath the skin, and inside the cavity. Stuff the cavity of the turkey with sliced apples, onions, and fresh herbs. Roast at 400 degrees for 30 min., then reduce heat to 350 degrees until a thermometer in the thickest part of the breast reads 165 degrees (about 10 min. per pound). Baste turkey with drippings once every hour of roasting. Let turkey rest for 30 min. before carving.
