Our easy-to-use brining mix includes just the right amount of salt, sugar, and seasoning to brine any protein you want to remain tender and juicy as it cooks. Brining works best for lean protein like poultry, tofu, and shrimp. Simply dissolve the mix in water, submerge your protein in the brining solution (plus enough liquid to cover the protein), and refrigerate for about 1 hour per pound of protein.
