Italian Dressing Ready Mix
Most people appreciate a good Italian dressing to enhance an otherwise hum-drum salad. You can also use this as a dry rub for chicken, pork, or fish.
For a vinaigrette salad dressing: Use a jar with a lid. Add 1 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup vinegar (white wine, red wine, or balsamic) and 1-2 Tbsp. Italian Dressing Blend. Seal the jar and shake vigorously to combine and emulsify dressing.
For a creamy dressing or dip: Whisk together 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard, and 2-3 Tbsp. Italian Dressing Blend. Thin with milk if desired to make the dressing more pourable.
