Erin’s Quick & Easy Guacamolé Recipe

- 2 large ripe avocados, pitted and scooped from the skin
- 2 tsp. Mt. Elbert All-Purpose Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1 Tbsp. diced red onion
Add all Savory items to cart
Give this guacamolé an island flair by using our Cuban Island Spice in place of Mt. Elbert.
Mash avocados to desired consistency. For a chunkier version, use a potato masher. For a smoother version, use a food processor. Stir in Mt. Elbert and lime juice. Gently fold in tomatoes and onion.
