Easy Guacamolé Recipe from Savory Spice

The secret to good guac is good seasoning. You could use any of our all-purpose seasonings in guacamolé, but we love love the bold burst of salt, onion and pepper that Mt. Elbert brings to this dish.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 large ripe avocados, pitted and scooped from the skin
  • 2 tsp. Mt. Elbert All-Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1 Tbsp. diced red onion

Add all Savory items to cart

NOTES

Give this guacamolé an island flair by using our Cuban Island Spice in place of Mt. Elbert.



DIRECTIONS

Mash avocados to desired consistency. For a chunkier version, use a potato masher. For a smoother version, use a food processor. Stir in Mt. Elbert and lime juice. Gently fold in tomatoes and onion.
