HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY CUSTOM ORDER?

All custom event favor and corporate gifting orders must be placed 30 days in advance of requested delivery/pickup date.

DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes! Order totals on large event favor purchases between $300 and $749 receive 10% off, order totals between $750 and $999 receive 15% off, and orders over $1000 receive 20% off. These discounts are automatically applied in your cart. The DIY option for event gifting is already discounted and will not receive additional bulk discounts.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Yes. You must order a minimum of 50 containers (bags, jars, or tubes) for event favors or a total of at least $250. For DIY favor orders, your order must meet a total of at least $250. For corporate gifting (gift boxes) you must order a minimum of 10 gift sets or a total of at least $250.

CAN I CHANGE MY CUSTOM ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?

Changes on custom orders must be submitted within 72 hours from the date of the original order. To request changes, email savory@savoryspiceshop.com or call 888-677-3322.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR SPICES?

We offer spice favors in glass jars, resealable plastic/craft paper bags, and plastic tubes. Jars are available in a ½ cup size. Bags are available in 1oz, 1/2 cup and 1 cup sizes. Tubes are available in 8 inch and 4 inch sizes. Not all products are offered in every size.

CAN I PICK UP AN ORDER INSTEAD OF SHIPPING IT?

Yes, when you place your order please choose the store that you would like to pick up your order from. If there is not a store near you, we will ship your order. Shipping charges will apply to orders over 70lbs and will ship through UPS.

HOW MUCH TEXT CAN I FIT ON TO A CUSTOM LABEL?

For event favors and corporate gifting custom labels we do not have a character limit. However, your text will shrink as characters are added. The amount of text you can reasonably add will also change based on your chosen font.

IS MY ORDER SECURE?

Yes. All purchases are secured by Heartland Payment Systems. At no time is your credit card number stored on our system or accessible by staff. We are audited quarterly to ensure security compliance and follow all practices defined by our bank and credit card processor. In compliance with bank requirements, the last 5 digits of your credit card number are stored to help you identify your payment method, but this information insufficient for making a purchase.

DO YOUR SPICES CONTAIN ANY ALLERGENS, LIKE DAIRY, GLUTEN OR NUTS?

A large majority of our spices do not contain common allergens. Specialized equipment is used when handling dairy or nut allergens to ensure there is no cross-contamination. All of our spices and seasonings are gluten-free.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

Savory Spice does not sell, rent, or share any of your personal information to any third party. Your information is used for the sole purpose of completing your purchase or for contacting you regarding your purchase. To read our full privacy policy click here.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S?

We do not ship favors outside of the U.S. at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you would like to cancel your event favor purchase, you must do so within 72 hours. After that, purchases are non-refundable. To cancel your custom order, email savory@savoryspiceshop.com or call 888-677-3322. All payments are taken up front and will be refunded if cancelled within the required 72 hours.
