Does Dad have a sweet tooth? Get his day started with Cherry Almond Scones to pair with his morning coffee. If you're looking for brunch recipes, try our Mini Summer Quiches with fresh veggies and serve them with Mike’s Super Thick Bloody Mary. For a classic American breakfast plate, dish up over-easy eggs and homemade sausage patties (simply mix 1 pound ground pork with 1 Tbsp. South Fork Italian Sausage Spice or Homestead Seasoning). Don’t forget the toast!
Keep lunch simple with a slow cooker meal. Throw together BBQ Chicken Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes in the morning and they’ll be ready by lunchtime. If you have more time, try the Bistro Cubano which features Cuban Island Spice marinated pork and chicken. For a chili that will impress, make Dad a batch of meaty Whatcha’ Got Chili Pot, which simmers for about two hours to fully develop all the incredible flavors. Serve with all your favorite chili sidekicks like sour cream, cheese, and Freeze Dried Chives.

If your dad is a grill master, put him to work! For tasty Caribbean flavors, whip up the patties and toppings for the Bajan “TNT” Burgers or the super easy marinade for Bajan Hot Pepper Grilled Chicken. Help Dad prep for a day of smoking and impress the whole family with Big Bad Beef Ribs using one of his favorite BBQ rubs. If you want to give him the night off, make him an indulgent dish like Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin with Whiskey BBQ Sauce. Add some veggies to the dinner plate with Green Bean Gratin, Bucktown Mustard Brussels, or Cauliflower “Rice.”
When looking for a classic dessert, there's nothing better than pie! For the chocolate-loving dad, try the unique Ancho After Dark, which combines an Espresso Powder and chocolate wafer crust with an ancho chile spiked chocolate pudding filling and fresh raspberry whipped cream topping. Other comfort food pie options include Coconut Cream Pie sprinkled with toasted coconut or Bourbon, Honey & Molasses Sweet Potato Pie made with our classic Baking Spice.
