1 - 1/2 Cup Jar of Garlic & Onion Tableside
This salt-free blend of two kitchen staples is easy to use and always at the ready. Add the perfect blend of garlic and onion to any meal with just a sprinkle. Use for stovetop cooking as well by adding to soups, sauces, sautés, and more. This blend also makes a tasty base for salt-free BBQ rubs and chili seasonings. If you are on a low sodium diet, substitute 1/2 tsp. of salt with 1/8 tsp. of Onion & Garlic Sprinkle.
1 - 1/2 Cup Jar of California Ctitrus Rub
When subtracting salt’s flavor enhancement from a blend, we find that one of the easiest ways to add flavor back in is with citrus. Most of our salt-free blends do not have a lot of heat, but California Citrus’s crushed red pepper gives it some added zip, pushing the heat to a 3 on a scale from 1-10.
1 - 1/2 Cup Jar of Chai Spices
The origin of chai is credited to countries in the Himalayan region; India, Nepal, Pakistan and Tibet. In that region, the word "chai" means "tea". Our chai spices are blended with their traditions in mind. We carefully handcraft our Masala influenced chai by mixing crystalized ginger nibs, Saigon cinnamon chips, green cardamom pods, star anise, cloves, black peppercorns and bay leaves. When combined with a black tea, sweetener, and milk, the results are simply heavenly. One ounce of chai spice can make up to eight cups of chai.
