What's Your Beef? Recipe

2 Tbsp. Hudson Bay Beef Spice
1/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil

Combine all ingredients and use to marinate your choice of beef cut for at least 20 to 30 min.

Makes enough marinade for 2 to 4 pounds of steak, using 1/4 to 1/2 cup of marinade per pound. Marinade also works well for for chicken or pork.

SERVING SUGGUSTIONS: While marinated protein is cooking, add remaining marinade to a small saucepan and simmer until reduced and thickened into a sauce to serve on top or alongside cooked steak.

YIELDS: 1 cup
