Gold Coast Tropical Poultry Rub
The Gold Coast of Florida is known for being ritzy. You can use this blend to add an indulgent, subtle sweetness to any main course. This blend features flavors that are beloved in Florida and their neighbor to the south, the Caribbean.
Use 1 tsp. of seasoning per pound when using as a rub for chicken, turkey, and duck. Generously rub the seasoning on the outside of the poultry skin and/or underneath the skin before cooking. Use rub with olive oil or melted butter, if desired, to help it stick. Also try on pork, seafood, and vegetables.
