When referring to a Greek-style seasoning we naturally think of lemon and cinnamon, two flavors commonly associated with their cuisine. Mt. Eolus, named after the Greek god of wind, uses these two flavors as key components but brings in the flavor of herbs to interact with the tart and sweet.
Particularly good in burgers, mix 1-2 Tbsp. per lb. of meat. Melt feta cheese on top for a Greek-style cheeseburger. Also great on lamb, chicken, shish kabobs, venison, and vegetables.
