Capitol Hill Green Beans Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
- 4 cups beef or vegetable broth*
- 2 Tbsp. Capitol Hill Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. Coarse Black Malabar Pepper (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or olive oil*
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS
Cut green beans into 2-inch pieces, or leave them whole depending on preference. Bring broth and green beans to a boil in a large saucepan. Boil for 4 to 5 min. Drain broth, reserving for another use if desired. Place green beans back in the saucepan with butter, seasoning, pepper, and pecans. Cook for 4 to 5 min., tossing occasionally. Serve warm.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Makes a great side for a holiday meal. Use as a bed for grilled fish or chicken.
