This traditional French blend of herbs and spices teeters on the edge of being an all-purpose seasoning, so we decided to design a seasoning salt version. By simply adding the right amount of salt and pepper, we created a seasoning salt that is herby, licoricey, sweet-herbed, and floral with peppery notes

Use to season wild game, chicken, pork, and beef. Sprinkle on eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, and root vegetables. Add to soups and stews for rustic flavoring.

More Uses:

Tomatoes: Combine 1 tsp. with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and brush onto pizza dough before baking.

Roasted Chicken: Brush chicken with olive oil and rub with blend to season before roasting.
