Italian Herbs: We have combined the best of the classic herbs used in the Italian kitchen and mixed them in the proper amounts to create this “magnifico” blend. This is a much used favorite of ours. We use the finest dried herbs with the highest oil content to ensure a prominent, bold flavor that any classic Italian cook would savor. Use a pinch in your spaghetti sauce, eggplant, chicken, or veal parmesan, or chicken picatta. Add zip to your favorite pizza sauce or sprinkle right on your pizza or garlic bread just before baking.
Parmesan Pesto Sprinkle: Great pesto can be quite a chore to produce and though we don’t recommend using this blend as a replacement for pesto, it’s handy for when you want to add pesto flavor to a dish. Perfect tossed over pasta or added to cream sauces. Try as a salad sprinkle or use to make a pesto. This is a great addition to mashed potatoes and chicken or eggplant parmesan dishes.
