Recipe: Hibiscus Margarita
A delicious and beautiful twist on a margarita!
For hibiscus simple syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Hibiscus Flower
- 2 oz. tequila
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1/2 oz. Cointreau
- 1/2 oz. hibiscus simple syrup
For simple syrup: Bring water, sugar, and hibiscus flowers to a boil and reduce to simmer. Cook until sugar is completely dissolved. Cool and strain into a jar and store in refrigerator.
For margarita: Shake all ingredients together and serve in a salt-rimmed glass filled with ice.
Serve in a glass rimmed with Makrut Lime Sea Salt.
