  3. Place your order for curbside pickup if you live near one of our store locations.

What can I expect for the holiday season this year?

Many people will be conveniently shopping online this year, so place your gift orders early to ensure on-time holiday delivery. We also offer Digital Gift Cards which can be purchased online and automatically sent to your gift recipient immediately or on any future date you specify.

When will my order arrive?

Orders generally require 2-4 days to process during the holiday season, plus shipping time to reach your destination. Please keep in mind that once your package leaves Savory Spice and is turned over to the carrier, shipping times are not guaranteed and may be dependent on the volume of packages, weather, or COVID-19 restrictions.

Where can I find a tracking number?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from either Fed Ex or Endicia/USPS that will contain your tracking number. You can track the status of your package online and access your package’s most up-to-date information online, directly through the carrier.

What if my order never arrives?

If you have not received your order 15 days after it was shipped (not placed), please reach out to our customer service team at 1-888-677-3322. Select option #0, and we will begin looking into your order. Please note that investigations, package tracers, and claims cannot be initiated before 15 days or without a tracking number.

When should I order by to guarantee delivery by Thanksgiving?

All orders placed by the 18th of November are guaranteed to be shipped from our warehouse by the 20th of November. Please be aware that once orders have left Savory Spice, they may experience delays in the hands of carriers.

When should I order by to guarantee delivery by Christmas?

All orders placed by the 19th of December are guaranteed to be shipped from our warehouse by the 21st of December. Please be aware that once orders have left Savory Spice, they may experience delays in the hands of carriers.
