When will the boxes be sent?
- If you order by the 10th of the month, your first box will ship around the 15th of the same month. If you place your order on the 11th or later, your first box will ship around the 15th of the next month. The remaining three boxes will ship every 3 months over the course of a year.
What is in each box?
- Shhh… it’s a surprise! What we can tell you is that our Seasons of Spice box includes four, full-sized items, while each Seasons of Spice: Sous Chef box includes three, smaller "try-me" size items. Included each season in both subscriptions are sample size item that you and your spice cabinet will love.
How do I order more of an item in a box?
- Scan the QR code on the box with your phone and you’ll be able to re-order from there. You’ll also find recipes and other seasonal tips that will help you to make the most of the items in your box!
Are these boxes vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-friendly?
- Yes. The spices included in this subscription can be easily adapted to vegetarian and vegan diets and contain no dairy, wheat, nuts, or soy.
Can I pre-order a subscription box?
- To ensure a box is sent in a particular month, be sure to order before noon Mountain time on the 10th of that month (or between the 11th and last day of the month prior). For example, if you want a box to arrive in January for someone’s birthday, please order between December 11th and January 10th. If you want a box delivered in February, please place your order between January 11th and February 10th. Our boxes ship around the 15th of each month.
Can I send Seasons of Spice as a gift?
- Yes! When you checkout, you'll enter the recipient's name and contact information. If you'd like, you may include a gift message. The gift message will be emailed to the recipient before the first box is sent.
Can I cancel after one box has been sent?
- Once you’ve placed an order, you will automatically receive all four seasonal boxes. If you would like your remaining boxes to be transferred to someone else, please contact us.
What if I just want one box/season?
- Not at this time, but we think you'll love getting spices to try out throughout the year!
Can I use a coupon code for Seasons of Spice?
- We're sorry, but Seasons of Spice is not currently eligible for use with coupon codes.
