For wings:

2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings or drumettes

1 Tbsp. vegetable or canola oil

For buffalo sauce:

2 Tbsp. water

2 Tbsp. oil

For wings: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat wings in 1 Tbsp. Buffalo Bleu Dip & Dressing, oil, and Mayan Sea Salt and let sit in the fridge for 30 min. Lay each piece out on a baking sheet with a baking rack so they are not touching. Bake for 30 min. Remove from oven and toss all the wings in a bowl with the remaining 2 Tbsp. Buffalo Bleu Dip & Dressing. Place back on the baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 10 min.

For dipping sauce: Mix Buffalo Wing Dry Sauce, water, and oil until well combined. Sauce will thicken slightly as it sits.
