Ingredients

1/3 cup Allspice-Bay Simple Syrup*

1/2 cup blackberries

2 sprigs freshy thyme

4 lemon slices

4 pieces sliced crystalized ginger

4 cups club soda or seltzer water

Directions

Place syrup, berries, thyme, lemon and ginger in a large canning jar or small pitcher. Add 2 cups of the soda or seltzer, cover and place in the refrigerator to chill for a couple of hours. When ready to serve, top with remaining soda or seltzer water.
