It's as delicious tossed with greens as it is drizzled over shrimp or scallops. Or use it as a dairy-free dressing for the coleslaw or potato salad you serve with barbecue feasts.

Serving Suggestions

Delicious on a spinach salad with goat cheese, as a dairy-free dressing for potato salad or drizzled over grilled shrimp or scallops. Store in refrigerator and use within a week. Let dressing come to room temperature before serving.

Ingredients

¾ cups extra virgin olive oil

⅔ cups orange juice

¼ cups white wine vinegar

2 Tbsp. honey

2 Tbsp. Cape Hatteras Smoky Seafood Rub
