DIRECTIONS:
In a medium pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in Cuban Black Bean & Rice Soup Mix and toast for 2 min. Stir in water and orange juice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer (uncovered) for 22 min. or until carrots are tender.

NOTES:

Vegetarian/Vegan Modification: Replace butter with any neutral oil or plant-based butter.

Top with: Sour cream, avocado, pickled red onions, and fresh herbs.
