With a mortar and pestle, grind sugar, Coarse Pink Himilayan Sea Salt, and Reunion Island Pink Peppercorns into a medium-coarse mixture and pour onto a small plate. Juice 2 lemons and slice the third. To a cocktail shaker, add raspberries, simple syrup, vodka, and lemon juice. Use a muddler to smash raspberries into a puree. Shake until combined. Dip rims of two glasses in water and roll rims in salt mixture. Fill glasses with ice. Strain cocktail into glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and remaining raspberries.
