Thai Coconut Curry Soup

Spice 'n Easy

So tasty, you’ll be tongue Thai’d.

Tom Kha Gai is a comfort food from Thailand. Tom means soup, Kha means galangal, Gai means chicken, so it is essentially a spiced Thai chicken soup. Aromatic and complex flavors like lemongrass, galangal, and makrut lime leaves come together with earthy shiitake mushrooms in this rich soup with low-medium heat.
