Avocado Chipotle Cream Recipe

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 ripe avocado, cubed
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 chile from a 7 oz. can chipotle in adobo sauce*
- 1 Tbsp. Mole Verde
- pinch of salt
Add all Savory items to cart
*You can replace the one chipotle in adobo with 1 tsp. ground chipotle.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Refrigerate until served.
Use as a dipping sauce for our Mojito Wings. Or serve over tacos or with chips as a dip.
