Boston has a long, rich American history and a notable part of that is associated with tea! Beacon Hill is a prominent Boston neighborhood, so when we created our first tea seasoning it only made sense to use its name. We precisely handcrafted this rub by mixing together Earl Grey tea, salt, fennel, rosemary, marjoram, black pepper, fennel pollen and garlic. The soft and subtly sweet hints of fennel complement the notes of bergamot in Earl Grey tea. The result is outstanding! Beacon Hill is great as a seasoning for beef, pork, poultry, seafood and vegetables. Additionally, try using our tea rub to flavor game meats.
