Bitter Chicory Slaw Recipe
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tsp. Mild Yellow Curry Powder
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Mayan Sea Salt, to taste
- 4 endives, halved
- 2 heads radicchio, quartered
- 1 bunch fresh mint, roughly chopped
Add all Savory items to cart
For dressing: In a small bowl, combine yogurt, Mild Yellow Curry Powder, and honey. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until emulsified and well-combined. Add Mayan Sea Salt to taste.
For slaw: Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Grill endives and radicchio 3 min. per side or until lightly charred. Finely chop into small pieces, discarding roots. Add to large bowl with mint and toss with dressing to coat.
